China-Side Execution for Multi-Store Retail Fixture Rollouts

Already have fixture designs, drawings or a defined rollout scope?

We coordinate the China-side work — from production RFQs and prototypes to quality control, store-by-store kitting and numbered packing.

Best suited to permanent, non-electrical retail fixtures with a defined store count or production scope.

Fixture imagery is illustrative and does not show a completed R01 project.

01 / The rollout risk

The fixture is only one part of the rollout.

What usually creates risk is everything between an approved design and a store-ready shipment.

Prototype ≠ Production

A good sample means little if materials, dimensions or assembly change during mass production.

02

Problems found late become expensive

A production or quality issue discovered after arrival is already much harder to fix.

03

50 stores means 50 correct kits

Hardware, graphics, components and cartons need to reach the right store in the right configuration.

04

Mixed materials create interfaces

Metal, board, acrylic and graphics may come from different processes — but the finished fixture still has to fit together correctly.

02 / Scope of coordination

One China-side execution layer from prototype to shipment.

01

Production RFQ & Route Planning

Translate an approved scope into comparable factory quotations and a practical manufacturing route.

02

Prototype Coordination

Coordinate the first physical build, identify production issues and track approved revisions.

03

Revision & Production Control

Keep drawings, BOM changes and production instructions aligned before and during mass production.

04

Quality Control

Check agreed dimensions, finish, assembly, quantities and packing before shipment.

05

Store-by-Store Kitting

Match fixtures, hardware, graphics and instructions to the correct store allocation.

06

Numbered Packing & ConsolidationNumbered Packing & Handover

Create traceable carton IDs, packing lists and a controlled handover to the agreed logistics route.

03 / The process

A simple path from drawings to a store-ready shipment.

  1. 01

    Send the Project Scope

Share the available drawings, BOM, store count, quantities and target timing.

  2. 02

    Production Route & Preliminary Budget

We review what can be produced together, what may require specialist processes, and return an initial China-side production view.

  3. 03

    Prototype & Revision

Build and review the prototype before mass production. Changes are recorded before approval.

  4. 04

    Production & QC

Follow the agreed production route, verify key milestones and close identified issues before shipment.

  5. 05

    Kitting, Packing & Handover

Allocate components by store, control hardware and carton IDs, then coordinate consolidation and shipment handover.

04 / Project fit

Is this the right type of project?

A good fit

  • Multi-store or multi-location rolloutMulti-store rollout
  • Permanent retail fixtures
  • Defined drawings, BOM or fixture scopeDefined drawings / BOM / fixture scope
  • Metal / board / acrylic constructionMixed-material construction
  • Prototype and production requiredPrototype + production
  • Store-level packing or multiple variants
  • Enough lead time for sampling and production

Probably not the right fit

  • Single-store interior fit-outSingle-store fit-out
  • Temporary paper displays onlyTemporary paper displays
  • Heavy LED or digital-signage projectsHeavy digital / LED projects
  • Concept design with no defined production scopeUndefined concept-only projects
  • Immediate local installation requiredImmediate local installation
  • Lowest unit price as the only decision factorLowest-price-only sourcing

Example execution documents

Execution should leave a trail.

Project decisions, revisions, inspections and store allocations should be traceable — not buried in chat history.

05 / FAQs

A few practical questions.

Are you a factory?

No. We coordinate China-side production execution around the requirements of the project. Where practical, we prefer one capable main factory with specialist support only where it adds real value.

Do I need complete production drawings before contacting you?

Not necessarily. A defined fixture concept, approximate dimensions, quantities and store count can be enough for an early discussion. A reliable production quotation will require more detailed technical information.

Do you always use multiple factories?

No. More suppliers do not automatically mean a better result. If one suitable factory can manufacture and control the project effectively, there is no reason to create unnecessary complexity.

Can you handle international shipping?

We can coordinate the China-side handover and logistics requirements based on the agreed project scope. The final shipping route, Incoterm and import responsibilities are confirmed project by project.

06 / Start a review

Have an upcoming fixture rollout?

Send the basic project scope and we’ll review whether China production is practical and what information is still needed for a preliminary budget.

Useful to include

Fixture type, approximate quantity, number of stores, and target timing. Drawings can follow by email.

Fields marked * are required.

Add optional project details

We’ll use these details to review the project and contact you about the next steps.
